The Laba laba show was interesting. I caught the last hour good selection of guest speakers words of wisdom were encouraging.
Be good to see the youths get involved in playing dominoes learn the tactics of it. I learnt the game in Jamaica years ago and had become quite a skilful dominoe player. Most Jamaican players will close the game in spectacular fashion
I ‘m first time listener to the show, I thoroughly enjoyed listening to the guest you had on the show. It’s been inspiring and uplifting to hear from people that have taken the challenge to fulfil their dream. Fantastic testimonials. Sandy B, I listen to her shows when she is out walking and I find her a breath of fresh air.
Another wonderful session of nostalgic and modern jazz thank you
Hey William, you’re playing some nice peppy tunes to wake me up here in Texas! It’s a beautiful morning for listening to smoooooth jazz! Especially enjoying the emphasis on the keys this go-round!
Lovely show this evening, could listen to Emmanuel all evening because he’s talking about the real life he lived as a youth growing up in Ladbroke Grove.
I enjoyed the stories today 3rd April on Isis’s show, Speak your Truth.
Also, I understand how difficult it is to contain our emotions regarding this fallacy of a race report. It’s an absolute disgrace. We’ve been sold out. This is not in our name as we have been sorely mis-represented.
Cherilyn do you have your own company? Also do you teach dance classes on Zoom for beginners or even more advanced people at the moment?
Hi there! Thank you for your question. Yes my company is called Instigate Unknown and I offer private sessions over zoom in Hip Hop and Contemporary dance to 5+ year olds, teens and adults.

Hey Freestyle, good selection of alternative music. Enjoying your vinyl selection. William
Very interesting discussion tonight Jahq it looks like the old schools views are standing quite strong. It doesn’t always mean we have old values and looked upon as old fashioned. Bringing up our children in this modern time shows us a different side to the situation.

Arrival on earth
We touched down
Without a sound
Invisible to those
Who were around
Earth they call this
An odd sort
How strange they look
Their faces change colour
Depending on the conversation they have
From White to red
And blue
When they fall down dead
What if the man is the main person around and has brought the child up?
He also gets the perspective of a mother So…….
